Courtyard Holiday Cottages are a terrace of attractive holiday homes, in a beautiful walled garden setting, 1.4 km from the magnificent sandy beach at Bettystown, which stretches from Laytown to the mouth of the river Boyne at Mornington.
Each of the holiday homes has a large open plan living/dining/ kitchen area with doors off to the patio. The floors are tiled and there is a wood burning stove. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en suite, 1 twin and 1 single together with family bathroom. The lovely well maintained shared garden has seating where you can while away an hour or two and enjoy the flowers in bloom.
A long established seaside resort in Co. Meath, Bettystown is just 50 km to Dublin city centre. In addition to the beach practically on your doorstep, the local theme park Funtasia and Tayto park will provide a great day’s entertainment for the family.


No visit to Co. Meath is complete without a trip to Newgrange, a Neolithic passage tomb constructed over 5000 years ago, making it older than Stonehenge! While staying at our self-catering accommodation in Bettystown, you are ideally situated to explore the surrounding county of Meath and its neighbours Dublin and Louth. Should you want to visit Dublin but avoid the inconvenience having the car in town, there are regular trains from Drogheda (15 minutes from Bettystown) and a bus from the gate which takes you into the heart of Dublin city.
